Meet Your Team

Anna Nielsen, Founder

Anna is a seasoned executive leader and conflict navigation expert who refuses to accept conflict as only a destructive force. She's on a mission to ignite a paradigm shift, empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to embrace conflict as a source of strength.

Recognizing the absence of a standardized approach to conflict navigation in most organizations, she developed the Conflict Capable Framework.

This framework blends her extensive experience as a mediator, conflict navigation trainer, and facilitated dialogue expert, creating something entirely new.

Anna's work transcends conflict management; it guides organizations in cultivating vibrant cultures, charting ambitious futures, and achieving extraordinary heights.

She loves improv, popcorn, paddleboarding, creative writing, high-fives, and meeting you. She is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she lives with her husband, Gabe, and Morris, the bouncy Golden Retriever.
