Anna Nielsen, Founder
Conflict Capable Solutions Founder Anna Nielsen is on a mission to build conflict-resilient individuals, teams, and organizations through a revolutionary approach and unifying language.
Working as an executive leader and conflict resolution expert, one thing has been missing in every organization she has encountered: a shared method for approaching and handling conflict. She created the Conflict Capable Method to solve this problem. Anna has worked with organizations of all kinds helping them navigate conflict, shape their culture, design their dreams, and aim high.
Anna holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Diversity Studies from Metropolitan State University and a master’s degree in Advocacy and Political Leadership from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She loves improv, popcorn, paddle boarding, creative writing, high fives, and meeting you. She is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she lives with her husband, Gabe, and Morris, the bouncy Golden Retriever.
Hallie Pond, Collaborative Solutions Specialist
As the Collaborative Solutions Specialist, Hallie facilitates Conflict Capable training and Guided Conversations.
She has worked across industries (retail, non-profits, and technology), functions (customer success, executive teams, and human resources), and roles (manager, executive, human resources business partner, speaker, facilitator). Hallie helps teams to realize their full potential by teaching healthy communication skills and dignified conflict navigation techniques - leading to higher job satisfaction and increased organizational success.
She holds a DISC certification, a bachelor’s degree in global studies from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, as well as an advanced certificate in conflict resolution, and a master’s in organizational psychology from Columbia University.
Hallie loves reading, camping, traveling, and running. She’s currently based in northern Minnesota after spending the past 15 years in West Africa, San Francisco, and New York City.
