Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made by participant:

30 days or more before the start of the training: A full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the start of the training:  A 50% refund will be issued.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the training: No refunds will be issued, except in the case of an emergency.

Emergency Exceptions:

In an emergency, such as a severe illness or unforeseen family crisis, we may consider exceptions to the cancellation policy. Please contact us immediately to discuss your situation.

Please note: If you are unable to attend the training and do not qualify for a refund, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future session or another participant.

Cancellation made by Conflict Capable Solutions:

If we cancel the training, every effort will be made to find a future cohort for you to participate in. If there are no dates that are suitable for your schedule, a full refund will be issued.
