Conflict Capable leaders shape the future of organizations.

Join fellow professionals from outside your organization in a Conflict Capable Cohort and learn skills to build your confidence in approaching conflict.

What you can expect during your 5-week cohort experience:

Learn to apply the Conflict Capable guiding principles, skills, and language in your career.

  • You’ll receive weekly synchronous workshops with a Conflict Capable Trainer who will guide you through the Conflict Capable fundamentals, including the Hidden Dimensions of Conflict.

  • Learn, practice, and model the Conflict Capable Method with fellow HR professionals from outside your organization.

  • You’ll improve your effectiveness by bringing the Conflict Capable fundamentals to your organization - and ultimately mediate fewer conflicts as your employees will learn the skills (from you!) to navigate their conflicts independently.


Cohort Overview

Investment: $1,850

  • Live weekly workshops with a Conflict Capable trainer and fellow cohort participants.

  • Weekly lessons on the Conflict Capable fundamental skills and terminology.

  • Skills practice and role-playing.

  • One 45-minute individual conflict coaching session.

Training Overview
(45-75 minutes per week)

Week One: Conflict Capable Mindset
Intro to Conflict Capable Method and the 6 Hidden Dimensions of Conflict.

Week Two: Understanding Conflict Styles & Language
Discover different conflict styles, identify your own, and learn language and skills to unearth the conflict styles of others.

Week Three: Practice the Conflict Capable Method
Activate skills for navigating difficult conversations at work.

Week Four: One-on-one Coaching Sessions
Address individual challenges and goals with a Conflict Capable Coach.

Week Five: Skill Check
Practice leveraging your Conflict Capable skills and language and apply them to the context of your organization.

Week Six: Conflict Capable Scenarios & Action Planning
Discussion of real-world scenarios & application of Conflict Capable Methodology.
