How does it work?

We’ll start with individual conversations with participants to understand challenges and opportunities, gather shared themes and provide new skills for approaching conflict where appropriate.

Next, these themes are shared with each participant. We use these themes to co-create an agenda used in the group guided conversation.

Then, utilizing the agenda we co-created, we’ll bring everyone together in a guided conversation with a focus on problem-solving and mutual agreements for future success.
